The Client

CWW, a digital marketing and web hosting company, needed a website that spoke to their core customers: businesses who want a renewed web presence or custom solution that is a stress-free process. The design needed to make this functionally easy and visually friendly and approachable.

The User

The primary end user for this site are small to mid sized businesses that don’t have the time to create a website or digital marketing strategy. This site needed to speak to the non tech-speaking client, who want a custom and friendly customer service experience.

The Opportunity

CWW needed to strike the balance between tech-fluent and “not too cool for school.” Some tech service sites tend to be on the futuristic tech-nerd side, but this needed to be much warmer and relatable.

Overall Look and Feel that is approachable and friendly, speaking to the non-tech savvy clients that CWW caters to. Balance between tech and warmth.

Logo and Color scheme that is fun, but not overpowering. Like the ease of talking to an old friend.
